Alleys can have additional green covers that increase potential for the community to express their interests.
03 Affordable housing – the challenge for the Oakwood neighbourhood.
To reach the affordable housing goals, more avenues must be opened for owners to gain revenue. This means creating economic opportunities with jobs within the community.
Listen to the desires of the community. Listen to the frustrations of the community. Understand the gap between the income of the black community and rents and find a route that can serve both.
